#CEE24 is kindly hosted by the Department Economics and Business Economics at the University of Dubrovnik.
The University Department of Economics and Business Economics enrolled the first generation of students in the academic year 2004/2005. year with curricula developed in accordance with the recommendation of the Bologna Process, based on the permit of the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports. Thus, the University of Dubrovnik was the first higher education institution in the Republic of Croatia to introduce a new – European recommended – model of higher education.

The Leibniz ScienceCampus “Eastern Europe – Global Area” (EEGA) is a collaborative research network and overall integrative platform of academic and intellectual exchange.
Departing from a variety of disciplinary approaches, EEGA develops novel academic perspectives on Eastern Europe’s changing role in current and historical processes of globalisation.
EEGA’s highly innovative research activities do not only aim at a new generation of international researchers, but also the media and general public, both in Germany and abroad.
