Regional Studies Association Journal App
We are delighted to announce the launch of an updated version of the RSA App. Visit rsa.tandfonline.com on your mobile device and download the updated version of the RSA App, which enables members to access RSA publications and a selection of related Routledge journals on their mobile device. The enhanced app offers improved navigation, searching, and social sharing for all those who visit the RSA publications platform using their tablet or smartphone.
The advanced browsing capability enables you to search by keywords across the full article text or abstracts of all RSA journals. Search results can be narrowed by publication, author or article title and once you’ve found the articles you need you can save them directly to your device to access them offline. When reading you can select your view by sections, figures, references or citations.
Other features include the ability to create favourite articles and share them easily on social media and via email. Articles are in a magazine style format, with accompanying images full screen.
To use the app, sign in to the secure member area of www.regionalstudies.org on your mobile device. Then simply click on a publication and you will be taken straight through to the app.
Available on iPhone, Android, BlackBerry and tablets, including iPad, the RSA app means you can access the research you need on the move.
RSA Alerts
If you want to be the first to hear about new articles as soon as they’re published then the RSA journals Alerts service will be invaluable.
A table-of-contents email will arrive in your inbox as each issue of your chosen journals appears online. You can also opt to receive a notification when individual online first articles are published, ahead of the collated issue.
However, if you’d rather keep your inbox clear, then there’s also the option to set up an RSS feed to help you keep track of the latest publications.
To register for Alerts simply visit rsa.tandfonline.com, navigate to the journal you’d like to receive Alerts for and click ‘Alert me’ below the journal cover image. (You may be required to log in or register with the site if you haven’t already.)
