Chair Professor/Professor/Associate Professor (Housing Policy/Urban Governance/SmartCities) in the Department of Public and International Affairs [Ref. R/054/24]
The candidate is expected have a PhD in Housing Policy/Urban Governance or related disciplines with competence in teaching and undertaking research with specialisations in social/welfare policy, neighbourhood governance, urban financialisation, smart cities and regional studies. Candidates are expected to have an active research agenda that leads to external funding, provide evidence of teaching ability (including student evaluations) and proven ability to produce high quality publications. Successful candidates are expected to commence duty as soon as possible.
