I was delighted to be accepted for ECEI 2009 the 4th European Conference on Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Antwerp University.
It is a great opportunity to present my thesis work and also get feedback from senior scholars in my field. It was a good conference, as some senior scholars and practitioners have presented their latest work in this conference. Namely, Magnus Klofsten from Linköping University-Sweden, talking about Managing the early development of ventures-key aspects and Paul Verhaert from Verheart Space, Belgium, with his paper “Integrated product development: a Step stone that makes or breaks the valorisation of new findings”.
Certainly, the RSA travel funding has helped me to overcome the tight research budget for presenting my paper in this conference. It was also a good chance to spread the benefit of RSA to other research colleagues both from Europe and internationally, as most of their researches are in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship in regional development. Therefore, they were thinking to join the next RSA Annual Conference 2010 in Pecs also will be looking at RSA website as the gate keeper for all RSA activities.
In sum up, I would like to say thank you very much indeed for granting me this Travel Award. Without this help, I might have some difficulties to present my latest work in this conference.
