In May Yoshihiro Miyamachi organized a session at the annual meeting of the Japan Association of Economic Geographers (JAEG) on Global Value Chains and Regional Economic Policies.
They discussed the Policy Impact Book published by the Regional Studies Association: Crescenzi, R. and Harman, O. (2022) Harnessing Global Value Chains for Regional Development: How to upgrade through regional policy, FDI, and trade. RSA Policy Impact Books No.8, Taylor & Francis. 116p.
